No exhaust for cooking, causing some inconvenience with smoke and odor.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was very accessible as well, lots of restaurants around the area a grocery and spas too! The units are very spacious and clean. All in all they made my staycation very relaxing and I was refreshed and energized:) thanks Anne till next time!

The location is excellent for people needing to go to nearby places e.g. Makati, Manila, Quezon City and etc. It's also nearby popular eateries like Inasal, Red Ribbon, Goldilocks, KFC, Max's, Supermarket, Mercury drugstores, banks, and etc. Getting a taxi is a breeze as its along Shaw Blvd. The 2 bedroom loft style was spacious enough for a party of 4. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We highly recommend it for a week long stay.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Loved the staff ie hazel bekive hwr name was... very accomadating huge 70sqm lofts big rooms and space space space.. small balaconey if yoir a smoker so no need to smoke inside. Elevators are efficant clean and smooth. Pool is nice size for swimimg around. Pool table brandnew and weights full set with tredmills etc. 3 spilt type aircon 2 in both room and one in main family room. Rice cooker, excellent fridge microwave and toaster oven.... wifi works well with very few interuptions. Over all id choose this place over rockwell or global city... no its not as nice outside as rockwell joya towers but inside room are triple the size less 400p a night and aircon you dont habe to pay for... same with water and wifi.

Didnt like.... uhmmm not much just trying to get a taxi is challenging at times but found out you can call from your room and they will get one for you and call when its there....

The staff hospitality-perfect. View superb. Fast modern elevator. Silent air-conditioning. Helpful security guards. Big fridge. Free mineral water. Spacious living room area.

Nothing, all excellent.

The staffs were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The place is well situated and easy access to different places I needed to go like Makati, Pasig, Manila and the airport. It's near the mall; a line of restaurants and a big grocery just across the hotel. The place is nice and my kids and I enjoyed our stay.

It will be more convenient if the hotel would offer laundry services. And a phone in the room will be helpful.

No hot water in shower, street noise

The location near a supermarket and some restaurants was very convenient. the view from the room was nice as well.

The room was quite small and the facilities were outdated. There was a lot of noise coming from the streets, making it hard to sleep.

The noise from the main road was very loud, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The towels provided were old and threadbare, and there were not enough of them. The bathroom could have been cleaner, with visible mold and grime in the tiles. the experience was disappointing and fell short of my expectations.

I loved the location, very close to everything and easy to get around. The hotel was also close to a supermarket and had facilities to cook. The staff was amazing, always helpful and kind.
